  The food is decent however the service here is unacceptable. After being charged, without forewarning, for extra ranch and using a credit card I asked our waitress why she didn't give customers a heads up or cash option first. Jerrica Bishop, the waitress, preceeded to tell me that "I've worked here for 2 years and it's always been that way, plus you come in here all the time." I've been to JD's ONCE before this awful experience so I have no idea where she got that. I was suggesting that she gives future customers a heads up on the credit card fee at least, because things like that affect her tip. As I was walking away, she YELLS at me "The fee goes to the restaurant and not me!" I was so appalled at how she handled a simple question and that management actually allows her to yell at (over)paying customers. Needless to say we will never be returning.
